Do I need any technical skills to set this up?

Not at all. If you can install an app from the Shopify App Store, you can connect Branvas. The entire setup takes about 90 seconds and requires zero coding, API configuration, or technical knowledge.

Will Branvas products look like my other products?

Yes. Branvas products import as standard Shopify products, so they inherit your theme's styling and appear in collections, search results, and navigation just like any other item in your store.

How does order fulfillment work?

When a customer places an order containing a Branvas product, the order is automatically forwarded to our fulfillment center. We pick, pack, and ship the item directly to your customer. Tracking information syncs back to your Shopify admin and your customer receives shipping updates from your store.

Can I customize the packaging?

Yes. Branvas supports custom branded packaging including packing slips, branded tape, and custom inserts. You can configure your branding preferences from the Branvas dashboard.

Is there a cost to install the app?

The Branvas Shopify app is completely free to install and use. You only pay for products when a customer places an order, so there's zero upfront cost and no monthly subscription fee for the integration itself.

What happens if a product goes out of stock?

Inventory syncs in real time. If a product becomes unavailable on Branvas, it automatically updates on your Shopify store so customers can't order items that are out of stock.
